To further her skills she learned from books then modeled from real flowers and she has been making sugar flowers since. Shaile has won 1st place and awards at numerous cake shows across the country, she does demo's and teaches at various cake shows and ICES events throughout the country. Shaile is approved ICES instructor and you can find her sugar flower tutorials in various publications.

Rhoda Sheridan

I took my first cake decorating class while my husband was in the service so that I could learn to decorate cakes for my sons, got hooked, and here I am, 30 years later, still loving what I do. I was asked to become a Wilton instructor shortly after completing my course work, and I fell in love. I enjoy teaching beginners and I especially enjoy teaching people how to bring chocolate to life. I have taught all over the country and in Canada, and many of you know me as a WASSA judge, where I normally judge the beginner category. I specialize in chocolate decorations and truffles.
