Hope to go to college to learn to work with sugar and chocolate... and other food product to make wonderful art that looks and tastes great. I love that cake decorating cake please a majority of the senses- taste, sight, feel, and smell. Now if only I can figure out how to make it please the ears.... |

About Me
I'm a business consulant and a director within Slalom Consulting and have been living in the Seattle area since 2001. I love venting my pent up creative designs in frosting and other edibles and generally create a couple cakes a year for friends and family. Profile photo is from my sister's wedding in Sept'10. So excited to be introduced to WASSA by way of finding Dawn's shop. My name is Barbarann Garrard and I am a hobby cake decorator. I am new to cake decorating, and have never taken a class or recieved formal instruction.. so I have much to learn still = ) I started decorating cakes for my kids since I started having kids, but havnt "really" been "decorating" cakes ( beyond some canned frosting and a few candles,) until about a year ago.
